When you use the Contact Us form, Subscribe form, or chat widget, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, project details, and message content. Only provide information you are comfortable sharing for the requested conversation or subscription.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, manage newsletter subscriptions, coordinate training or consulting conversations, and operate the requested chat or form interaction.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Contact, subscription, and chat interactions are provided through GoHighLevel/LeadConnector services configured for AllClimate. Those providers may process submitted information on the site’s behalf under their own terms and privacy documentation.
Local storage and popup preferences
The website uses browser local storage only to remember whether the daily Subscribe or 500 Filipino Passivhaus Challenge popup has already been shown that day. These keys are used for display frequency and are not a substitute for an account or identity record.
Analytics and advertising
At the time this policy was published, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google verification scripts were intentionally not configured in this build. Any future analytics, advertising, or marketing technologies should be added with an updated disclosure and any consent controls required for the applicable audience.
Data requests and contact
For questions about information submitted through this website, contact norm@allclimateph.com. Requests about a newsletter subscription should also use the unsubscribe mechanism provided by the applicable email communication.
