Cancellation and refund policy

The course or exam can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the course or exam starts. In case of a later cancellation, a fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged.

Cancellation or termination after the start of the course or exam cannot be considered. The same applies in the event of non-appearance without prior cancellation.

If AllClimate cancels the course or exam for an important reason, such as illness of the course instructor or an insufficient number of participants, the course or exam fee will be refunded in full. Other possible costs incurred cannot be reimbursed.
